For interested sellers Immediately following initial contact with an individual who is interested in selling their property, one of our trained salespeople will go directly to the site and meet the seller. In this initial meeting, many important events will take place. First and foremost, a relationship will begin to form between our Realtor and the seller, which is crucial in this process. Next, our salesperson will gather the necessary information from the seller in order to list the property on the internet-based multiple listing service and, per the sellers request, a virtual tour may be created as well. A sign will be posted outside of the property announcing its availability, as well as some print advertising, open house events, and word of mouth marketing. Our Realtor will work smart and hard to get the best price and profit for our client. The end is not reached until our seller is fully satisfied with our services. Additionally, the seller has the potential to have the needs of a buyer.
For interested buyers When an interested party comes to us with an interest in purchasing real estate, we immediately sit down with the potential buyer and discuss in extreme detail what they are looking for in the property. Once we have a complete picture, we begin our search along several different channels to find options for our client. Our Realtor maintains constant communication with you, and will take every comment into consideration as the search continues until the perfect property is found.
